Job Title: HR Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team at Hudson Australia. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' HR department in various Human Resources and Recruitment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Employee Support: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews to find the best candidates for our clients' needs.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and events to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • HR Compliance and Administration: Coordinate HR compliance activities, manage employee benefits, and provide general administrative support to the senior members of the HR team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Certifications: Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children's Clearance or NDIS Clearance (ideal but not essential).
