About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our Water team, where you will play a vital role in delivering innovative water infrastructure solutions across Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting work that requires judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers, coaching, guiding, and mentoring across the group.
  • Develop constructable design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver projects that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in water infrastructure engineering.
