Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic Product Owner to drive change and shape the direction of our customer platforms. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to understand customer and business pain points, and proposing solutions using new features or process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an analyst or product owner in a fast-paced service industry or organisation, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across large cross-functional teams. You will be able to balance priorities in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, tools, brands, and user channels.

  • Define product strategy and roadmap in line with Customer Operations and Shared Services strategy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer and business pain points.
  • Propose solutions using new features or process improvements and articulate their value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as an analyst or product owner in a fast-paced service industry or organisation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across large cross-functional teams.
  • Experience balancing priorities in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, tools, brands, and user channels.
  • Knowledge of customer behaviour data from contact centres or digital platforms.
