At Telstra, we are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, while delivering exceptional customer service and sales outcomes.

The successful candidate will provide an outstanding customer experience through consultative selling and product demonstrations. They will meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to effectively communicate value to customers. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
