Customer Service Reviewer Job Description

This role involves visiting retail outlets and reporting back on store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness. As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will pose as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience and then complete a survey online.

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet. The number of assignments offered depends on availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. For over 20 years, we have been helping leading retail brands understand their customers' experiences and deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail outlets and observe store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.
  • Make detailed observations about your experience and complete a survey online.
  • Have an eye for detail and good memory, be reliable, and have great communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Able to visit retail outlets regularly.
  • Access to the internet for completing surveys.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
