Key Responsibilities
• Plan and prepare balanced and nutritious meals for our residents
• Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents' dietary, individual, and cultural needs are met
• Support the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering services
• Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures
• Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation, such as stock taking and food quality assessment
Requirements
• Previous experience in meal preparation and delivery in a similar environment
• Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems independently
