Are you a 2nd-year apprentice passionate about food and eager to hone your culinary skills? We're seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our fast-paced kitchen team at MAS National in Wodonga.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the chef in meal preparation and cooking
  • Train to master food preparation procedures, knife skills, and commercial equipment operation
  • Work under the supervision of the chef in all kitchen operations
  • Serve food as required and assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation
  • Support other areas of food preparation and storage
