Home Care Nursing Career Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering comprehensive and personalized nursing services, with a strong focus on preventative care and minimizing hospitalization visits. As a Home Care Registered Nurse with Wattletree Health Group, you will work independently, visiting clients in their homes to provide wound care, clinical reviews, catheter care, palliative care, dementia support, NDIS complex care management, client and carer education, and more. Your experience will be essential in identifying and outlining complex issues, problem-solving, and implementing strategies or actions at each visit.

You will have the opportunity to work across Melbourne's eastern suburbs, with the option to travel further as desired. Key Requirements:

  • Current Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Minimum 10 years of recent nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver education face-to-face and via telehealth
