About the Role

Production specialists play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient operations at our Geelong Refinery. This salaried position offers a unique opportunity to optimize manufacturing processes, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

This is a critical position that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating operational activities, including maintenance, projects, and turnaround events, to support broader asset management strategies.
  • Developing and managing asset capital and operational budgets to ensure alignment with safety, production, reliability, efficiency, and environmental performance goals.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards through effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
