Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

">As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and designing technical solutions to drive process automation and improve efficiency.

- Business Analysis & Change Management: Lead enterprise-wide process optimization, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.",
- Systems Design & Risk Management: Develop systems models, conduct gap analysis, and manage risk to ensure secure and scalable solutions.",
- Software & SAAS Optimization: Evaluate, integrate, and optimize software/SAAS platforms, aligning with business objectives.",
- Data Analytics: Design and implement data models, integration points, and BI/reporting solutions for accurate insights and informed decision-making.",
- Project Management: Deliver ICT projects using Agile methodologies, including scope management, risk control, acquisitions/mergers integration, and KPI monitoring.",
- Automation & Integration: Automate business processes, create scripts (PowerShell, SQL, Python), and develop tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps) to streamline operations.",
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate complex technical information, and influence decisions at senior leadership levels.",
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.",
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Technology Management) is highly regarded.",
Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar positions within a dynamic environment.",
- Proven expertise in leading enterprise process optimization initiatives and managing change, with the ability to elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements into strategic technical solutions.",
- Strong skills in systems design and modelling, gap analysis, integration mapping, and creating data flow diagrams that incorporate risk and cybersecurity considerations.",

- >Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).",
- >Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate or other relevant automation tools.",
- >Experience with Agile methodologies and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).",
- >Familiarity with current corporate applications and technologies such as CareLink+, SalesForce, SharePoint, Confluence, SuccessFactors, SAP/S4Hana, and Microsoft Azure.",
