Job Description

This is an opportunity to turn your passion for cars into a fulfilling career. As our ideal candidate, you will have at least 5 years of experience as a workshop service advisor in the automotive industry.

You will be confident using workshop management software and MS Office, with a solid understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs and parts. Your exceptional communication and people skills will ensure seamless interactions with customers and technicians alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service bookings from start to finish with precision and care.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and job cards, ensuring customer understanding and approval.
  • Keep communication flowing between our technicians and customers.
  • Recommend additional services with integrity and value in mind.
  • Monitor workshop scheduling to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Follow up after every job to maintain long-term customer relationships.
