Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents according to individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 6 months of previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
