Job Title: Landscapers and Labourers

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the roles of landscapers and labourers within our landscape construction team.

  • Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping results.
  • Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects, including clearing debris and leveling terrain.
  • Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.
  • Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas, adhering to high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
  • Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • Proven experience in similar roles (1 - 3 years).
  • Qualifications in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or related fields.
  • The ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping principles.
  • A current NSW drivers license, with own transportation preferable.
  • A White Card, demonstrating commitment to workplace safety.
