Job Opportunity: Relocations Coordinator

This is a fulfilling opportunity to coordinate tenant relocations that contribute to safe and secure housing outcomes across Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of tenant relocations in line with the Relocation Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage relocation activities in accordance with established procedures
  • Provide tailored relocation advice to tenants, their families, and advocates
  • Negotiate property availability and monitor maintenance progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver relocations on time and within scheduled timelines
  • Maintain accurate relocation data and meet performance targets

As part of the Relocation team, you will be based in a dynamic and supportive office environment, with regular travel across the Sydney Metro area. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, as well as experience supporting vulnerable clients with complex needs.

Requirements:
  • Holds a valid NSW Driver's Licence and is willing to travel across Sydney Metro
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Has experience supporting vulnerable clients with complex needs
  • Can manage relocation logistics effectively
