As an Experienced Grader Operator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of underground roadways.

About the Role

This FIFO or DIDO position comes with two available rosters: 2:2 and 2:1, starting on nightshift. We offer opportunities for career progression.

About You:

  • You have demonstrated experience operating Epiroc MT65 trucks and CAT 140M graders.
  • Maintaining haul roads and access roads in active mining areas is crucial to our success.
  • You will be responsible for building haul roads and ensuring a level and tidy floor.
  • Break up surface material with scarifying attachments and service equipment regularly.
  • Evaluate work methods and procedures to improve efficiency.
