Sales Enablement Manager
">This role focuses on knowledge and content management, enablement communications, and learning support to deliver consistent, high-impact enablement across the business.
">The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or GTM enablement, with hands-on experience with content platforms, LMSs, and communication tools like Slack.
">Candidates should be highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for empowering others, enabling business change, and driving team performance.
">Key Responsibilities">- Own and maintain Seismic as the central enablement platform, conducting content audits, implementing best practices, and partnering with subject matter experts to create and maintain segment-specific playbooks.">
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement effective enablement strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.">
- Develop and deliver training programs that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in their roles.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales enablement gaps and opportunities for improvement.">
