Expert in Autonomous Onboard Systems

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Autonomous Onboard Specialist. This role will involve managing machine and system integration, identifying field issues, troubleshooting and tracking progress, analyzing data relating to autonomous and base machine faults, working with product support teams to develop system enhancements, and reporting on hardware and software status to engineering product support.
">Key Responsibilities:- Machine Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of machines and systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Issue Identification and Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting machine performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data related to autonomous and base machine faults to inform maintenance and improvement strategies.
- System Enhancement Development: Collaborate with product support teams to design and implement system enhancements that improve machine performance and efficiency.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on hardware and software status to engineering product support teams.
- Training and Mentorship: Train staff and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess thorough understanding of mechanical and/or electrical mining trucks, sound knowledge of off-board communications, and experience with radios and networks.
- Education: Hold tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Attributes: Be ready for a new challenge, patient about technology with technical hands-on exposure, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
