Early Childhood Leader Role

As a seasoned professional, we invite you to lead our Reggio Emilia inspired program as a Room Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs that reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds and emerging skills and interests of children. A key focus will be creating a stimulating and responsive learning environment that caters to children's strengths and abilities.

We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual who can maintain accurate records of development and continuously reflect and improve children's learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that supports children's physical and mental well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
