Job Title

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of one of Western Australia's most significant infrastructure projects.

Project Overview

The Tonkin Highway extension and upgrades involve extending Tonkin Highway by 14 km and upgrading 4.5 km of Thomas Road, incorporating interchanges, underpasses, shared paths, screening walls, and amenities enhancements.

Reporting to our Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating construction schedules and work programs to ensure resources are allocated effectively and productivity targets are met
  • Driving project performance by monitoring and reporting on daily costs
  • Collaborating with senior engineers and supervisors to procure and manage on-site subcontractors and service suppliers
  • Providing technical support on-site, ensuring all activities meet high standards of quality and adhere to project specifications
  • Identifying risks and upholding our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards, contributing to an exemplary safety culture
Requirements

We welcome applicants from various engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, and services. Ideally, you'll hold relevant civil engineering qualifications and have experience in delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

You'll be a confident communicator, skilled at working with diverse teams and contractors. You take pride in delivering quality outcomes on time, on budget, and safely.

Preferred candidates will have experience in MRWA road and/or bridge projects and previous experience with a principal contractor on large-scale projects.
