Job Title: Automotive Parts Specialist

About the Job:
Our company is seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and maintaining accurate records.

- Deliver parts to workshop technicians, retail customers, and trade suppliers
- Assist with ordering, invoicing, and processing payments for parts
- Address customer inquiries over the phone and in person
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:
- Dealership experience or equivalent skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts and technical aspects of vehicle identification
- Valid Victorian driver's licence
