Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Vehicle Purchasing Coordinator.

This full-time position will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing vehicles on behalf of the business, with a focus on driving strong results and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a talent for building rapport with customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing vehicles in collaboration with internal valuers.
  • Accurately maintaining and managing all contract documentation related to vehicle purchases.
  • Daily updating and managing CRM systems.
  • Liaising with the internal logistics team.

  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Motivated by KPIs and driven to achieve results.
