Job Title:

Compassionate In-Home Care Provider

Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled in-home care provider to join our team. As an in-home care provider, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the home environment to ensure a safe and healthy living space for our clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and medication management as needed.
  • Provide social support and engage our clients in lifestyle activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Offer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as required.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to our clients and their families.
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Availability to work a minimum of three days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or related field (desirable).
