Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing care plans, supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing resident-centred care in accordance with individual care plans and preferences.
  • You will also conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans in consultation with residents and their families.
  • Supervising and mentoring personal care staff is essential to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
  • Managing clinical procedures within your scope of practice and organisational policies is also a crucial aspect of the role.
  • Liaising with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care is essential.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A current Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration are mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a residential aged care setting is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years' experience being ideal.
  • NDIS Worker Clearance is also required.
