We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate End-of-Life Care Specialist to join our team in Maryborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community services and palliative care, with excellent clinical skills and a person-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families
- To work collaboratively with various communities across Queensland to enhance professional experience
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification
- Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, showcasing clinical expertise
- Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued
- Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Possess a current driver's license and the confidence to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland
