Salesforce Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine platform needs.
  • Design and implement configuration solutions using declarative tools.
  • Lead platform quality initiatives and provide guidance to admin teams.
  • Triage and assign Salesforce support requests for prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on solution planning and deployment.
  • Coach and upskill admins through mentorship and best practice sharing.
  • Maintain documentation, training resources, and release communications.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce functional experience, including Sales and Service Clouds.
  • 2+ years leading or mentoring others in a Salesforce context.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow junior team members.
  • Expertise in declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, etc.).
  • Experience operating in multi-cloud or Center of Excellence environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Advanced Admin or App Builder certification is preferred.
