  • Design and implement configuration solutions utilizing Flows, validation rules, and other advanced features.
  • Provide expert guidance on admin work to maintain platform quality, consistency, and security.
  • Lead the triage and assignment of Salesforce support requests, prioritizing issues based on impact and urgency.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams on solution planning and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Coach and upskill admins through pairing, feedback, and best practice sharing, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, training resources, and release communications to ensure transparency and awareness across the organization.
