Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator - Lead Role in Childcare. This exciting opportunity will see you work with children aged 6 months to Kindergarten, delivering quality education and care that supports their social, personal, respectful, spiritual, creative, and confident growth.

About the Opportunity:

This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive salary of $44.30-$56.14 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with other educators to create engaging and educational experiences for our children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that support the individual needs and interests of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes for children and families.
  • Provide exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or equivalent) as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Strong knowledge of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
