Job Opportunity: Fleet Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Scheduler to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating and scheduling fleet in accordance with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in allocation roles, knowledge of the transport industry, and excellent geographical understanding of Australia (Eastern Seaboard). They will also possess good computer skills, particularly in transport systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating and scheduling fleet according to customer needs
  • Communicating with drivers, operators, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining data integrity, including KPI entry, allocations, and general administration
  • Reporting hazards, near misses, injuries, or incidents, and assisting with investigations as required
  • Preparing reports and using information to support day-to-day decisions
  • Monitoring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
