Palfinger is looking for an experienced Fleet Service Coordinator to join their workshop based in Wacol.

Working closely with the workshop, mobile service technician, service partners and fleet company representatives to coordinate the timely servicing and repairs of Palfinger's fleet customer's assets.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage the fleet service schedules in Smartsheet
- Create Service Job cards
- Allocate parts and labour to job cards
- Manage service and annual inspection certificates in Tiikr
- Provide service feedback to customers
- Coordinate service bookings with workshop coordinator.
- Liaise with fleet service administrators re invoicing and repairs.
- Process weekly paid employees' timecards and leave forms
- Process service invoices

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Experience in service and or workshop scheduling would be highly regarded
- Experience in either a manufacturing or vehicle /machinery type industry would be advantageous
- Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled at building excellent customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
