Event Trail Manager

Our organization is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to oversee the successful execution of our growing calendar of trail running events across South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-event preparation (typically Friday and/or Saturday): packing gear, course marking
- On-site event management on Sundays: setup, operations, pack-down
- Support and eventually lead events independently, including training and managing other team members
Additional responsibilities may include up to 9 days of total involvement for one major annual event.
This role involves close collaboration with the team to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure or chaotic environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Passion for outdoor activities and nature immersion
- Ambition to grow into a senior leadership position
