Job Title: Project Coordinator - Facility Revitalization

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in a key role that will oversee the revitalization of facilities across several allocated sites.

This position involves end-to-end project coordination, including property inspections, scope development, tendering, contractor engagement, and client-side management.

  • Coordinate the revitalization of facilities, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
  • Deliver projects as part of the resale process, with an end customer in mind.
  • Develop scope and specification documentation, distribute tenders, and assess tender responses.
  • E nsure safety and compliance of contractors and suppliers on site.
  • Provide direction to contractors and consultants to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and projects delivered on time.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Project Coordination and Contract Administration, preferably in residential fit-out/refurbishments and renovations.
  • Technical or tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Project Management, or Business Studies desirable.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Great communication skills and strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to provide direction to contractors and consultants.
  • Resilient, solution-focused, and capable of problem-solving amidst occasional time pressure and delivery deadlines.
