Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at TwoScots Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier accounts, managing queries on invoices, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier accounts and invoices
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Assist in the processing of payments and ensure accurate data entry
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel to investigate and resolve any query-related issues
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • 1 year's experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High level of accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Experience processing payments is desirable
