Quality Assurance Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Associate to join our dynamic team in Research and Development. This role will play a vital part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project activities align with high standards for healthcare products, including regulatory compliance.
  • Draft and prepare technical documentation for product innovations and ongoing project support.
  • Manage assigned activities, hitting project milestones with precision and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external manufacturers to ensure compliance and project milestones.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing compliance and efficiency within the team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related science field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience within a GMP-regulated environment is valuable.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to resolve problems creatively.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a focused and pressured environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, work within a team, and show relentless commitment.
  • Results-driven with willingness to take calculated risks and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
