Lead a Team of Experts in Transport Infrastructure Design

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the activities of our Rail and Metro business unit. As Manager - Rail & Metro, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business plans that align with our company's vision and values.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting excellence in project delivery and employee development.
  • Clients and Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and opportunities.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and technical requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 20 years' experience in transport infrastructure design, preferably in a leadership or management position.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the transport infrastructure market and industry trends.
