As a Senior Technical Programme Manager in our Data Centre Capacity Delivery team, you'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.
You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
We're looking for a talented individual who can lead cross-functional and technical teams to deliver Data Centre capacity and projects from strategy, conceptual design feasibility, requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex technology infrastructure projects to successful delivery*
* Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment*
* Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management*
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and priorities, and execute rapidly, delivering high-quality results*
What You'll Need
* At least 5 years of programme management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management*
* Analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills, and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment*
* Experience in management of complex technology infrastructure projects*
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies*
* Familiarity with the AWS product suite*
* Experience of managing projects in the APAC region*
* Data Centre construction experience*
* Data Centre Infrastructure (Power & Cooling) experience*
* Knowledge of the Australian Data Centre market*
Compensation
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your location and experience*
