In this position, you will report to the Team Lead, primarily focusing on project work packages and initiatives that will leverage your interpersonal and collaborative abilities to fulfill the outlined objectives.
To make a significant impact in the global energy sector, we require team members who possess the following qualifications:
- A solid foundation and experience in maintenance and reliability, with a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation, or similar engineering disciplines, or relevant technical trade qualifications.
- Over 7 years of experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in asset management and strategic asset management frameworks.
- Ability to understand and communicate the relationship between Safety Cases and Performance Standards.
- Recent hands-on experience with methodologies such as FMEA, RCM, ECA, PMO, and Spares and Inventory optimization.
- A reliable and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of collaborating effectively with client organizations.
- Operational maintenance experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure is highly desirable.
- A demonstrated commitment to safety, with an understanding of Control of Work protocols and maintenance execution.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical presentations and report generation.
- Asset Management qualifications will be considered an advantage.
