Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead our team at our Burwood store.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop succession plans for team members to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • Execute visual merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions using your discretion
  • Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Provide coaching and on-the-spot feedback to team members

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field
