Job Title: HR Consultant

At EBR, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's growth and development by providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and records, including data entry and processing.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on personnel issues, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance development.
  • Support the management of recruitment, interview, and general HR needs, including on-boarding, internal changes, and off-boarding.
  • Work closely with team leads to conduct performance reviews and develop training programs.
  • Manage the recruitment process for various roles, including Operations and IT Development.
  • Coordinate internal and external activities, including generating employment contracts and internal employee letters.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an HR or related administrative role, preferably in a dynamic and professional environment.
  • Experience in recruitment in a different field is essential.
  • High attention to detail, especially when working at a fast pace.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative as well as being part of an efficient and vibrant team.
  • Proficiency in using various software, including MS Office Suite, Xero, and MYOB.
