Job Title: Delivery Team Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused delivery driver to support our team in fulfilling customer orders. This role involves picking and packing products, loading delivery vehicles, and completing local deliveries of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles manually
  • Perform timely and professional local deliveries
  • Handle customer collections and maintain positive interactions
  • Check invoices and ensure delivery accuracy
  • Ensure safe driving practices at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicle
Requirements
  • Valid Australian driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
  • Basic numeracy and ability to check and reconcile invoices
