Security Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for someone to step into a Security Operations Lead role within the ASG Group. This role is dedicated to managing the security operations for a key client, ensuring their IT environment remains secure, compliant, and resilient. You'll have the chance to work closely with the client, applying your expertise to directly impact their security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the security tools (Tenable, Sentinel, O365 Email Security, Defender) for a key client.
- Ensure client compliance with Information Security Management (ISM), Essential Eight, Protection Security Profile Framework (PSPF), and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Address vulnerability findings and collaborate with the client on remediation.
- Prioritize security actions based on risk analysis.
- Report and communicate security status to the client's senior stakeholders.
- Handle security incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
- Maintain and update operational procedures and contribute to reporting.
- Provide security insights and support for the client's cloud technologies.
- Implement system, network, and application hardening to protect the client.
- Gather security intelligence and recommend proactive measures.
