Labourer/Forklift Operator

We are seeking skilled labourers/forklift operators to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a general labourer;
  • A current forklift licence is highly desirable;
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is highly regarded;
  • Reliable transport and a valid driver's license;
  • Availability for immediate start.

Applicants must pass a fitness for work screening and a drug test.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks;
  • Perform manual handling tasks including lifting, bending and standing;
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces;
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Current forklift operator certification;
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment;
  • Ability to lift 20kg and stand for extended periods;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • First aid and CPR certification an asset.
