We are currently seeking experienced Senior Culinary Professionals for multiple positions within the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project across various locations.
These roles offer a DIDO (fly-in-fly-out) arrangement with a 14/7 roster, featuring 12-hour shifts, along with accommodation and meal provisions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Bulk food preparation for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Desserts, Crib Meals, and Snacks
- Working collaboratively within large commercial kitchen teams
- Ensuring adherence to HACCP guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records, administration, and overall kitchen and food service area housekeeping
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working in commercial kitchens for bulk food preparation
- A strong advantage in having experience in mining camp kitchens, although not essential
- Availability to work a 14/7 roster with 12-hour shifts
- The ability to pass pre-employment medicals and national police checks
- A valid RSA certificate and/or Barista certification is advantageous
