We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Sexual Health Programs for First Nations communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, healthcare management, and community development.
This role involves strategic planning, program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of culturally appropriate reproductive health, sexual health, and bloodborne viruses services. Additionally, the position requires the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Sexual Health Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve health outcomes for First Nations communities.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and government agencies.
Essential Requirements:
- Indigenous identity or strong connections with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., public health, healthcare management, community development).
- Proven experience in healthcare management, program development, and community engagement.
