Events and Partnerships Development Coordinator

The Partnerships and Events Coordinator will provide administrative support and deployment of end-to-end partnerships and event execution. The role is responsible for supporting the ongoing development of partnership opportunities and events deployment.
This includes managing assets, ticketing, production, and creative, ensuring a consistent process throughout. Reporting and presenting the outcomes of events and partnerships activity to the broader team is also a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of partnership opportunities in conjunction with event deployment
- Deliver best-in-class integrated executions in line with partner commitments and event marketing strategies
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for external partners, suppliers, and agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous project management experience
- Knowledge of Australian event and partner marketing landscape
- Experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers
- Experience in creating briefing presentations and supporting marketing plan development
- Understanding of media and content landscape in Australia and New Zealand including cinema and digital platforms
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, with an ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- High-level interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
