About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts in the UK and European markets. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, particularly with high-value capital equipment and services.
  • Technical Aptitude: While direct experience with laser systems is not required, you should possess a strong technical acumen and be eager to learn about micromachining technology.
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline and operate autonomously.
  • International Experience: Experience in managing international sales territories is highly desirable.
Performance Objectives:
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (£600k Subcon, £400k systems).
  • Accurate Sales Forecasting: Provide precise sales forecasts and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to support future growth.
