This is a unique opportunity to lead and mentor a community-based team of Support Workers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care or community services, with experience in team leadership and coaching.

- Experience using CRM systems, electronic rostering tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High-level interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
