Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Provider

The role of an Enrolled Nurse at our facility is to provide high-quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and continence care

Specialist Clinical Portfolios:

  • Continence and nutrition/weight management
  • Wound and falls management
  • Behaviours of concern and pain management
  • Medication administration and infection control

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care, with a focus on dementia care
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to guide shifts with empathy and mentorship
