Aged Care Leadership Role
The Clinical Team Leader is a senior position that requires coordinating and leading the care team to deliver high-quality care and lifestyle for residents.
About The RoleThis role involves managing clinical services in accordance with our process and policy. It also includes advocating continuous improvement activities, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating audits and indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the care team to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and deliver high-quality care.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Coordinate scheduled audits and clinical indicators.
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian-recognised equivalency.
- Be registered with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
- Have previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector, specifically in aged care.
- Understand care assessment in the aged care sector and use AN-ACC effectively.
- Exhibit effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
