Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining large format printers and cutting machinery, as well as delivering structured training sessions to end users.

This is a dual role that requires strong communication and technical skills, with a focus on providing clear technical support and promoting efficiency and uptime across client sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing and maintaining large format printers and cutting machinery
  • Delivering structured training sessions to end users – both hardware and software
  • Working with market-leading brands such as EFI, Canon, Mimaki and more
  • Advising and supporting users on RIP/workflow software including Onyx, Caldera, Enfocus, and Fiery
  • Providing clear technical support while promoting efficiency and uptime across client sites

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience with large format print and/or finishing machinery as an engineer
  • Confident in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
  • Strong communication and training skills – you'll be a key point of contact for users
  • Comfortable with RIP/software setup, workflow advice, and system optimisation
  • Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel across the South / Home Counties and further afield when required
