Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Large Format Printing and Finishing Equipment.

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with leading brands such as EFI, Canon, Mimaki, and more. As a Field Service Engineer for large format printers and cutting machinery, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites. Additionally, you will deliver structured training sessions to end users on hardware and software, promoting efficiency and uptime across client locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing and maintaining large format printers and cutting machinery
  • Delivering technical training sessions to end users on hardware and software
  • Providing technical support and advice on RIP/workflow software including Onyx, Caldera, Enfocus, and Fiery
  • Working closely with clients to resolve issues and promote efficient use of equipment

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working with large format print and/or finishing machinery as an engineer
  • Confident in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Comfortable with RIP/software setup, workflow advice, and system optimisation
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the country when required
